More compensation may only seem fair for individuals who have put time and effort away from their daily living activities to contribute to a cause through which every other class member may be enriched with little effort especially where the compensation is small.[8] On the other hand, another question that must be addressed is why the RP should get more compensation in Cy-près distributions where no one in the class would get any pay out for example.
